Due to the personalized nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you in the event of any issues.

1. Custom Embroidery Orders
Because all of our items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been personalized with embroidery, custom designs, or any other modifications. Please ensure that all details, such as text, color preferences, sizes, and other customization options, are accurate before submitting your order.
2. Refunds
While we do not offer returns on custom items, we understand that issues may arise. If you encounter a problem with your order, we will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

Quality Issues: If the quality of the embroidery or the product does not meet the standards we promise, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer a partial or full refund or a replacement item, depending on the circumstances.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment used for the order. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Custom items that have been personalized according to your specifications (e.g., embroidered names, logos, etc.).
- Orders that have been shipped correctly and have not been damaged or defective.
- Items returned after 7 days from the date of delivery.
5. Cancellations
Custom embroidery orders are typically processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations after this period may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.
