Cancellation policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Because all of our items are custom made to order, we start production shortly after you place your order. After 24 hours, your order will be in progress and cannot be canceled.

If you need to make changes or request a cancellation within that 24-hour window, please email us at bratticanco@gmail.com with your order number.
