1. Order Processing Time
Since each product is custom-made with care, all orders require up to 3 weeks for fulfillment before shipping. The exact processing time depends on the complexity of your order and the volume of orders we are currently handling.
- Standard Order Fulfillment Time: Orders typically take up to 3 weeks to be processed.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your custom items in a timely manner after fulfillment. Please note that shipping times are in addition to the processing time (3 weeks). The total delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after shipment (domestic orders).
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days after shipment (domestic orders).
- International Shipping: Not available at this time.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the selected shipping method. You will see the total shipping charge before completing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If you experience any issues with tracking or shipping, please feel free to contact us.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you realize that you've made an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible to make any necessary changes before your order ships.
6. Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do offer shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but please note that delivery times may be longer than standard shipping. Shipping fees may also vary for these addresses.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please be aware that shipping carriers (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) may experience delays, especially during busy seasons, holidays, or unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.). We do not have control over carrier delays, but we will always provide the most up-to-date tracking information we receive.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist in resolving the matter.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
9. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and additional fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office to understand any additional charges that may apply to your order.
Important Note: Customs processing can cause delays, so please allow extra time for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
